After defining with us the specific investment aims and priorities, we deliver within a short time-frame both attractive ‘off-market’ and publicly traded investment opportunities.

We help to ‘tap into’ connections with other agents and players in the market to provide in-depth local advice. During the negotiation process we investigate and update our clients as to where the price is going and give pricing advice.

We develop detailed, ready-to-be-signed Heads of Terms that include a definition of agreed transaction details as well as standard exclusivity agreements. We also act as lead or co-investor, depending on the client’s preference.

The core of our services consists of monitoring the subsequent due diligence and delivering transaction management services for the project through to completion. We work together with already existing due diligence partners of our clients or recommend quality checked service providers, covering the whole spectrum: legal, tax, financial, environmental and technical areas of expertise.

Part of our after-service is to identify suitable service providers for the future management of the investment. If we are co-investing we might also take on the asset management.
